I found this journal through Google at silly o’clock in the morning when I couldn’t sleep. I needed it the next day for my daughter’s birthday. I sent an email asking about next day delivery and was told it’s not routinely available but that they could arrange it for me. Excellent customer service (very personal) they put up with my early morning ramblings and went over and above to ensure I would get it in time. When it arrived, I have to say it was beautifully wrapped. My daughter absolutely loved it. Also as somebody who works with challenging and vulnerable children it was a bonus to see that they are supporting a teenagers mental health charity. Everyone’s a winner!
