Keeping your best teenage memories safe shouldn’t feel like homework. We’ve grouped all the stuff that we think really matters to make it easy and fun to keep your life backed up. And no need to worry about memories getting lost or deleted online.

Our journal includes pages for general notes and records of events, pages to fill in details of what you’re watching, listening to and thinking about, and two pages each month to stick in favourite photos.

Undated to be totally flexible. There are 12 months that can be started at any time; do it in a year, or spread it out a bit.
