We don’t know about you, but finding decent stocking fillers for teen boys is always the biggest challenge of our Christmas shopping. So we thought we’d pull together some great ideas that we’ve heard about, read about or come up with ourselves in moments of inspiration. We hope you find something that they’ll be genuinely thrilled with on Christmas morning!
Shower Steamers from The Soap Shack
We love these so much that we use them in our gift set for teen boys. Although some boys love a good soak in the bath, most will only ever shower and so these Shower Steamers are a way of providing an aromatherapy treat that boys can enjoy too and at only £2 each. In fact, the whole range from The Soap Shack is worth a look – handmade in the UK, vegan, ethically sourced and everything smells amazing!
Coffee Shop Gift Card
Teens are on a tight budget and so popping a loaded gift card into their stocking so that they can treat themselves to a guilt-free drink and a snack when they’re out and about is always appreciated.
Screen Cleaner
It’s always a good idea to pop some practical bits into a stocking, and this one is great for teenage boys. After all, they love their screens and anything they clean is a start, right?!
Skincare Products
Clear skin during the teen years is a massive confidence booster and any products that might help that magic happen are worth a look. We love Spots and Stripes, Green People and 31st State – all three offer natural skincare ranges especially designed for teen skin. Our boys recommend the Oy! range from Green People – their Foaming Face Wash is £13.50.
National Lottery Scratchcards
For a bit of fun on Christmas morning!
Toiletries
Boys always need deodorant, hair products, lip protector and the like, and this is the perfect time to make sure they’ve got everything they need. Make it special by spending a little bit more than you would usually, so they really feel treated.
Pick Yo Mix Sweets
We know teens love pick’n’mix, as it’s so popular in our mug gifts and gifts sets. And who can blame them? If you want to add something really juicy to a Christmas stocking, an Ultimate 1kg Bag of Pick Yo Mix is a winner. Beautifully packed and, even better, you can choose the contents to make sure you’ve included all their favourites. £15 or £12 for new customers.
Reusable Coffee Cup
There are plenty of brilliant choices from small indie businesses, so you can support small business while you’re saving the world. Perfect for teenage eco warriers.
Fidget Toys
Again, there are plenty to choose from and there’s nothing better to help them keep calm and stress-free. Welcome at any age!
Sports Accessories
If they have a favourite sport, kit and equipment always goes down well. It’s a great time to top up on thermal layers, football/rugby/hockey socks, golf balls, tennis balls and anything else that often goes missing. We recently gave away a set of coloured personalised tennis balls from Price of Bath in our Indie Week ‘7 Days of Giveaways’ and everyone told us what a huge hit they are with teens. From £17.50.
Indoor Darts Set
Perfect for family fun over the Christmas holidays.
Card Wallet
A simple, stylish wallet always goes down well.
- Chocolate A few sweet treats are a must in any stocking. Notonthehighstreet has a great choice of chocolate gifts, including this Chocolate Gaming Controller which we think is absolutely ideal 🙂
Whoopee Cushion
Because, let’s face it, they’re never too old…
Miniature Fragrance Set
Brilliant for teens finding their style and their signature fragrance. Mens’ mini sets are available in 5ml or 10ml sizes from most of the big names. You’ll find Versace, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss and more. And they’re great for experimentation at this age.
- KeyringFor older teen boys, a keyring is a great idea. We have a choice of two – our ‘Cheers’ Bottle Opener Keying is really handy to have around and our ‘I’ll Drive’ Keyring is perfect for a new driver or someone about to start learning.
So that’s our list of 16 ideas for stocking fillers for teen boys. If you’d got any great additions, please do leave a comment below. We’d love to include them in our next round-up!
