Small Business Sunday
If you love Twitter, or Dragons’ Den, or small business champions, you might have heard of Theo Paphitis’ #SBS. Small Business Sunday is an award designed to raise the profile and highlight the great work of small businesses across the UK and we are super proud to have been selected as one of July’s winners.
SBS has been established for ten years now and runs every week on Twitter. Small businesses tweet Theo to tell them a little bit about themselves and he selects the winners and announces them with a retweet the next evening. Our phones started pinging on the dot of 8pm and did not stop for a full week…
Isn’t it a good thing we’ve got the perfect congrats card to send ourselves?
It’s been brilliant to make new connections, discover a whole world of small businesses we wouldn’t have ‘met’ otherwise and we absolutely can’t wait for the annual winner’s event. We’re so looking forward to having the chance to get out there, mingle, be inspired and raise a glass to small business owners everywhere!
Small business support at its best
Theo is totally passionate about small businesses and totally gets it. He says:
